Use Quick Order. Type or scan a SKU or UPC in each row, or paste a list of SKUs and quantities, or upload a CSV. Everything goes into your cart in one click.
Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works in the search bar and in Quick Order. A scanned UPC with one exact match opens that product directly.
Go to My account → Purchase history. Pick a date range, enter new quantities and add the selected rows to your cart.
Prices are only shown to logged-in wholesale customers. Log in, or apply for an account.
Each account is assigned a tier. You see the regular wholesale price crossed out and your tier price next to it on every product.
A few products are sold at a net price with no tier discount. They show a single price and a “No discount” label.
Your saved card is authorised when you place the order and charged for the final invoice amount after shipping, so you only pay for what actually ships.
Approved accounts with a payment history. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. Ask your account manager to review your account.

Most orders leave our San Francisco warehouse within 1–2 business days. You get tracking for every box by email.
Out-of-stock products show an ETA. If part of your order is waiting on stock, we ship what is ready and send the rest later.
Shipping is added to the final invoice once your order is packed and weighed.
Unopened, resaleable products can be returned within 30 days with an approved return number. See the returns policy for details.
Tell us within 5 business days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace or credit it.
