Prerogatives LLC sells only to registered retail businesses. By opening an account you confirm you hold a valid resale or seller’s permit and that products are bought for resale.
Prices shown after login are your account’s tier prices and may change without notice. The price on your order confirmation applies to that order.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a product is out of stock, we ship what is ready and send the rest when it arrives, or take it off the order if you ask us to.
Card payments are authorised at checkout and charged for the final invoice amount. Net 30 terms are offered to approved accounts and are due 30 days from the invoice date. Overdue balances may pause new orders.
Shipping is added to the final invoice. Returns need a return authorisation number. The full rules are on the Shipping & returns page.
Some products are restricted to adults. You must be 18 or older, or 21 where local law requires, to use this site.
